This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through powerhipback.world by customers in the United States.
1. Digital memberships
Monthly plans: Cancel anytime from account settings. Cancellation stops future charges; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by state law.
Annual plans: New members may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if premium features were not substantially used (defined as fewer than five journal entries and no workshop attendance).
2. In-person workshops (New York studio)
Cancel at least 7 days before the event for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may receive account credit at our discretion. No-shows are non-refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Email mailuse@powerhipback.world with your name, order email, and purchase date. We respond within 5 business days.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Banks may take additional time to post funds.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve your concern directly.
6. State rights
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your state.
